LCS SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA) AS PER THE FOLLOWING
1.
COMPREHENSIVE
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC)
AMC : This
Contract includes all the Spares except Consumables.
RESPONSE : 4 Working Hours from
the Complaint Call.
RESOLUTION : 48 Hours from the Call
Log time.
STANDBY : Call pending beyond 48 Hours Compatible Standby will be provided.
SPARES :
LCS
will replace the genuine and original Spare.
SKILL
SET : LCS will
have a Product Specialist & Good Team.
PM
SCHEDULE : PM will be
done once in 3 Months in advance (Internal & External).
2.
ANNUAL
SERVICE CONTRACT (Only Labour & Consultant Support)
ASC : This
Contract will Support only the Labour Support and Services.
SPARES : This
Contract will replace the Spares on actual Prices.
RESPONSE : 4 Hours from the
Complaint Call.
RESOLUTION : 48 Hours from the Call
Log Time.
STANDBY : This Contract will not
Support any Standby Product.
PM SCHEDULE : PM will be done once in
3 Months in advance (Virus/Mail/Internal & External Cleaning).

SALES
FROM LCS

LCS will promote Intel
Original Board and Processor based PC on an actual cost with the
Manufacturer Warranty.

LCS will be doing a
consultant Service for any of your IT Purchase.
·
LCS will be handling
a PC/Printer & Networking Implementation for any of your IT requirements.

OTHER
